Spring Soccer Update
There has been a delay in getting postcards out. We are still looking for a U10 coach and maybe a couple of assistants for this group. Game schedules and an alphbetical list should be ready starting later today and tomorrow (April 3).
No Pay No Play
There are a handful of people that of signed up online but have not paid. The new system will not allow me to place you on a team until you have. If your name does not appear on the alphabetical list, that is why.
Coaches
BASL is an all volunteer organization. We can't function without your help
as coaches. It doesn't take a lot of knowledge or even any skill to be
a rec league coach. We just need good people that want to have fun with
the kids and to help them to learn about the game of soccer. Please register as a coach.
All coaches are subject to a background check performed by Kid Safe.
Coach's meeting for the fall season is April 13th 6:00pm at Shelter #3..

New Jr. High U15
This spring we will be adding a Jr High Division. Games and practice will be on Saturday afternoons. Age group by DOB is Aug 1, 1994 to July 31, 1997.
Player Requests Return for Spring Season
The board voted to bring back the player request for the spring season. You will be allowed to request a sibling or a best friend.
There are NO GUARANTEES that the request will be granted, but we will try our best to make it happen.

Referee Clinic
There will be a Referee Clinic
on March 13 from 8:30 to 5:00. With a bridge class on March 20 for certifacation. Classes are held at Oberlin Depot. Go to FSRAINC.com and click on New Ref Clinics.
Adult Pick-Up Games
Meet out at the park at 6:00pm on Sundays for an adult pick-up game. Don't let the rain scare you, it's better in the mud.
Board Meetings
We have moved our board meetings. We were offered a quiet room free of charge with great food available. Our next board meeting is at Max & Erma's, Sunday Apr 11th at 7:00pm.
